The staff at Student Health Center strongly encourage UCI students to seek timely health care. Since health care is one of the most costly items in anyone's budget, we constantly strive to provide quality health services at affordable cost. While health care is costly, illness and its potential consequence can be far more costly. Please take care of your physical and emotional health. If you are sick, come to see us.
We accept cash, checks, VISA, and MasterCard. Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements are made. If necessary, we will work with you to arrange a payment plan. Bills not paid (or arrangements made) within
the next billing cycle
are subject to a billing fee. Missed appointments will result in a No Show charge if not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Currently, the Student Health Center does not accept nor bill any other insurance company other than USHIP & GSHIP. Patients who waive out of USHIP & GSHIP are personally responsible for medical payment.
The following is a sample of fees for some of our most popular services at Student Health for school year 2009-2010. Please note that these special fees apply to registered undergraduate students only. For other users a different fee schedule applies. - Limited $60, Intermediate $88, Extended $110
- Primary Care, Women's Health, Nutrition, Medical Subspecialties: $60-$110/visit
- Nurse clinic: $10/visit

Physical Exam
- Basic PE: $88; PPD if indicated at additional $20.
